Bruce is the Managing Attorney for Maryland and the District of Columbia for Cardinal Title Group, LLC.  Cardinal is the third-largest title company in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia by closing volume.  In addition to settlement services, Bruce provides clients with counsel on commercial and residential real estate transactions and acquisitions.  Among other services, he assists clients with contract and document preparation on complex commercial transactions and financing in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
